By accessing or using Safety First Certs ("SFCerts", "we", "our", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
SFCerts provides employee certification tracking and management software for organizations to monitor compliance and expiration dates.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations of these terms.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
